Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual goals and needs of clients.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Deliver therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring clients receive secure and effective support.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
