Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Utilizing solution-based treatment modalities to effectively support clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client while fostering their growth and recovery.
• Helping clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships through compassionate dialogue and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals requiring assistance in developing skills to enhance their daily functioning and overall mental health.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license in good standing, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing you to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms for remote counseling.

Preferred Experience
