• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions, experiences, and relationships to encourage self-awareness and personal growth in clients.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and aspirations while providing guidance and support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement solution-focused approaches grounded in clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and concise session notes while leaving the majority of administrative tasks to our support team.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of carefully screened adults who present with low-acuity mental health issues. Our client caseload promotes a stable, manageable environment for therapists, allowing for meaningful therapeutic relationships to be established. Each client is unique, and therapists are encouraged to adapt their approaches to fit the individual needs and circumstances of those they assist.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Strong decision-making abilities to enhance treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer literacy to effectively utilize our platform for client management and service delivery.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional experience in therapy methods, particularly telehealth practices, will be strongly considered. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches is advantageous.
