Business Development Manager – Commercial Technology Services job

Location: Remote / Southeast Preferred
Compensation: Performance-Based + Commission + Growth Opportunities
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation Structure: Monthly draw plus commission
Guaranteed Compensation: A modest monthly draw will be provided to qualified candidates, with additional performance-based commission tied to business development results and new client acquisition.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial and enterprise customer base through relationship building, networking, and strategic outreach.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities within facilities management, property management, hospitality, healthcare, retail, MSP, telecom, and multi-site organizations.
  • Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with integrators, service providers, and commercial operators
