The Director of Strategy and Operations will own and drive the high-impact initiatives that fuel our growth and development, bringing structure, financial rigor, and speed to some of the company's most ambiguous problems. This is a role for someone who thrives without a playbook, earns trust across functions without formal authority, and turns data into decisions. You'll drive change, remove obstacles, and raise the bar.

Location: Remote, with ability to travel onsite as required

Job Description

  • Own and execute high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance across our locations

  • Build and implement high priority initiatives in partnership with finance, RCM, operations, product, trade relations, and other teams

  • Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities

  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making

  • Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks as needed, including but not limited to capital raise, strategic partnerships, M&A, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, and / or business operations role
