Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion's Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.
Uphold and engage in Compassion's core Cultural Behaviors.
Coordinate learning and capacity-building activities that support grant objectives and program outcomes.
Provide humanitarian sector coaching for New and Underutilized Partners (NUPs) and recommend suitable operational engagements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective training and capacity-strengthening solutions.
Design and develop learning materials, including curricula, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, and digital learning content.
Coordinate the delivery of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning programs.
Support training logistics, scheduling, communications, participant engagement, and learning documentation.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Monitor and evaluate learning activities to assess effectiveness, identify improvements, and measure outcomes.
Maintain learning resources and knowledge management systems to ensure accessibility and consistency.
Support partner and staff capacity development through coaching, resource development, and technical assistance.
Contribute to grant reporting, work planning, and documentation related to learning and capacity-building activities.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in learning, capacity development, emergency preparedness, and humanitarian programming.
What do you bring?

Proven experience designing and delivering field-based, hands-on learning, training, and capacity-building initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
