Technical Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

Location: Fully Remote from Portugal Office Presence: Porto office visit once every 3 months Schedule: Monday to Friday Start Date: Flexible

About the Role

Are you a French-speaking professional with technical curiosity and basic SQL knowledge? Join a global, people-first organization where you’ll provide technical customer support for a well-known international brand — all while working fully remotely from Portugal.

In this role, you’ll go beyond standard customer service by handling technical inquiries, analyzing data, and supporting customers with precision and confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle technical and data-related inquiries, including basic SQL checks
  • Investigate issues, provide clear explanations, and ensure fast resolution
  • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality
  • Document cases accurately and meet quality & performance KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2)
  • English: B1–B2 level
  • Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with digital tools
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory
