Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Newport News, VA. Responsibilities:

· Respond to Branch inquiries through ServiceNow and other communication channels while providing exceptional customer support

· Research and resolve order, shipment, delivery, inventory, and logistics-related issues in a timely manner

· Coordinate with distribution centers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure accurate order management and fulfillment

· Process order cancellations, shipping updates, address changes, freight reconsignments, and maintain detailed customer documentation

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in internal customer support or email-based support environments

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel

· Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, transportation, warehouse operations, or order management

· Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
