As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you connect the dots between partner needs and successful cloud projects. You'll collaborate with sales teams, guide partners through discovery, scope work, and ensure a frictionfree handoff to implementation.

Lead discovery calls to understand partner goals and project requirements.
Build customized scopes of work tailored to partner needs.

Manage a varied portfolio-from identifying opportunities to scoping, quoting, closing, and handoff.
Ensure all project prerequisites are in place before implementation begins.

๐Ÿค Partner Guidance

Provide clear, human explanations of project and migration processes.
Serve as a trusted escalation point, resolving complex issues with little assistance.

Work with our sales, Cloud Solutions Engineering, and Service Operations teams to keep momentum strong and partners supported.

2-4 years in IT management or administration, ideally with cloud focus.
Experience supporting or working within managed service environments.
Foundational understanding of cloud migration tools and cloud concepts.
Intermediate skill with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
Entrylevel exposure to Azure.
Comfort working with both onpremises and cloud collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Exchange Server, hosted solutions, etc.).
