Acumatica Business Analyst | Permanent | Remote | No Sponsorship Available

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

  • Following rapid growth, they are expanding their Acumatica ERP footprint into additional operational modules.
  • The platform supports 50–60 users today and is expected to grow to 100+.
  • They are seeking a dedicated, in-house Acumatica champion to lead implementations and take full technical ownership—reducing reliance on outside consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACUMATICA BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Lead the inventory module implementation (4–5 month timeline)
  • Own the rollout of the production / manufacturing module
  • Own the construction / project management module, including forecasting and financial projections for $300M+ builds
  • Drive system optimization, analytics, and custom dashboarding
  • Build custom financial, forecasting, and inventory-tracking reports that go beyond canned reports
  • Support and train internal users across departments
  • Take over day-to-day administration and technical ownership from the Controller and CTO

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACUMATICA BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Hands-on Acumatica implementation experience with experience implementing at least one module
  • Deep understanding of backend Acumatica architecture, schema, and custom reporting
  • Ability to build high-level analytics and dashboards
  • Comfortable interfacing with the C-suite (CFO, CTO) and non-technical plant/project managers
