In this remote position, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals in a virtual setting. • Conduct engaging individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are personalized and goal-oriented, using evidenced-based practices as a foundation for your therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate and overcome emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Engage in collaborative care by communicating and working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive client support.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, essential for client continuity and care quality.
• Stay informed about the latest developments, tools, and trends in counseling that could enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Your work will impact a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will use your counseling expertise to create safe spaces for clients to explore their emotions and establish constructive pathways to emotional health and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor is mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant experience in providing counseling services is a prerequisite.
• Exceptional communication skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to establish rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to effectively manage complex client situations.
• A commitment to uphold ethical and professional standards in practice, consistently prioritizing client well-being.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with community resources and disaster response protocols.
• Background in specialized therapeutic techniques or methodologies that can enhance client outcomes.
