UPM Pulp's global TechnicalMarketing andCustomer Service Team works closely with pulp customers in hands-on development projects and problem-solving issues. Your main task is to work proactively on technicaltopicswith our current and potential pulp customers:
Cultivate technical relationships, providetechnicalrecommendationsandleadqualification effortsto supportstrategic sales growth in North America
Support successful use of UPM Pulp products through technical knowledge of multiplefibersand various end uses(premiumtissue end use focus), whileutilizingthe UPM resources available in our mills, R&D, and global TMS teams
Drive technical collaborations with customers to deliver optimization in their process
Cooperate with product managers and the global TMS team for product development
Stay close to customersto understand relevanttissue technology,quality development,andnew product development needs
You havea bachelor'sdegreein engineering, Paper and Pulp Technology, or equivalent
Youpossess5+yearsofhands-onpremium tissue production,product development,ortissuechemical supplierexperience
You haveexperience with structured TADpremiumtissue
Youareself-motivated,have excellent teamworkand communicationskills, andawillingness to take initiative
Your work is customer-centric,andyou aredetermined tomaintainexcellent professional relations with clients based on transparency and trust
You have excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and in writing)
You are flexible and ready to travel
You are fluent in both spoken and writtenEnglish

Salary range:111,500to148,700USD /year based on qualifications and experience
