About the role
Envision's IT Consultative Services practice is looking for an experienced hands-on IT leader to join our rapidly growing team. Our CxO consulting team provides fractional leadership and consulting services for Envision clients. The ideal candidate for this role brings to the table at least 5 years of leadership experience and diverse technical skills akin to a CIO, CTO, or CSO. Able to operate at the highest levels within our customer accounts, CxOs are the tip of the spear and collaborate with the client and other Envision technical resources in a Fusion Team model.
Candidates possess exceptional communication and listening skills, and are equally at home in the data center and the board room. They thrive on a challenge, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to developing technology strategy, leading and executing in services engagements, and delivering positive client outcomes.
What you'll do
  • Lead a portfolio of clients and be responsible for providing them with a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with their business objectives.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to develop an intimate understanding of their business and partner with them to create.
    • Technology vision and digital transformation plans.
    • Strategic IT investment roadmaps.
    • Technology implementation schedules.
  • Work closely with the Envision Project Delivery Team to ensure projects identified from the technology roadmap are delivered on-time and within budget and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Lead new client on-boarding process.
  • Schedule Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic on-site meetings with the client.
  • Identify additional client needs and opportunities to expand our engagement scope.
    • Document all opportunities, client discussions, client initiatives.
  • Be the advocate for client success.
  • Work with the business development team to build quotes and statements of work.
  • Technical ownership and delivery of end-to-end Office 365 and Microsoft 365 initiatives.
  • Technical architect and manager for a wide range of Microsoft productivity products and services including.
  • Provide technical implementation guidance and best practices.
  • Design client migration plans from legacy systems to Microsoft Cloud Solutions.
  • Assist and deploy NEW and/or additional Microsoft products and services.
  • Building relationships with customers and partners.
  • Utilize our managed services tools to drive efficiency and leverage across the client base. Tools include but are not limited to
    • ConnectWise
    • CyberArk
    • PowerBI

  • Innovation Tools and Strategy such as: Azure AI Studio, Copilot Studio, MS Copilot Assistant, OpenAI, HeyGen, Firefly, Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation.

The pay range for this role is:
