• Conduct comprehensive individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on strategies to enhance their mental well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, leading to greater self-awareness and improved personal relationships.
• Act as a dedicated client advocate, assisting individuals in defining their therapeutic goals and aspirations.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients’ mental health status, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement solutions to address their unique challenges.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, ranging from individuals coping with anxiety, depression, and trauma to those seeking personal growth and improvement in their relationships. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) by the State Board, with the ability to practice independently. Please note, provisional licenses are not eligible for this position.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to conduct thorough assessments and form effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, promoting a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Competence in utilizing technology for counseling and documentation purposes, highlighting your strong computer literacy.

• Demonstrated experience managing your own caseload effectively and efficiently.
• A proven track record of making informed professional evaluations and decisions regarding patient treatment.
• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with online counseling platforms.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, contingent upon hours worked and experience.
