As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for individuals with a range of mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and personal goals.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-based techniques, tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards of practice set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
• Collaborating effectively with fellow treatment team members, participating in interdisciplinary case reviews, and ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Engaging in regular consultations with peers to enhance case management and improve practice standards.
• Providing education and resources to patients and families about mental health issues and treatment pathways, facilitating their understanding and active participation in care.
• Staying current with developments in mental health care, integrating new findings and methods into your practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. With a focus on individualized care, you will have the chance to build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing, ultimately empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services to clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques and behavioral health interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to assess patient needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team structure.

While three years of clinical experience is the minimum requirement, candidates who possess additional training in specialized therapies or have experience in trauma-informed care will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth practices is also a plus.
