Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns and substance use issues, and creating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that each approach is customized to meet individual client needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates in care plans and progress notes.

Qualifications
