  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic engineering, structural investigations, construction defect evaluations, building assessments, restoration consulting, and/or related fields.
  • Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing required, or ability to obtain Florida licensure within one month of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, structural systems, and industry practices.
  • Experience performing forensic investigations and preparing technical reports.
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central and West Florida as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
