Agility 360 is searching for a Associate Foreclosure Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join our client's legal practice located in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Represent clients at court hearings across multiple counties within the state of Mississippi.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, motions for judgment, and foreclosure sale pleadings.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.
  • Prepare, review, and respond to discovery requests in accordance with applicable rules and timelines.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with foreclosure procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of practicing law
  • Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines are a plus
  • Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
  • Must be licensed in State of Illinois 
  • Licensed in federal court or willing to get licensed 
  • Familiar with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product

  • Salary range: $70,000-$100,000 / year (based on experience)
