• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are effectively adapted for remote delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals in virtual meetings, sharing insights and best practices for comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings via video conferencing, contributing to continuous improvement and quality of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and accessible community resources through digital communication tools.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health by attending virtual conferences and webinars, integrating new insights into your therapeutic practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding these patients through their journey towards recovery, ensuring they receive compassionate care and effective interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, resulting in a strong foundation of practice.
