Job description

We are seeking a Regulatory Manager / Sr. Regulatory Manager to join our Marketing Review Services (MRS) team.

This is a full-time, home-based role focused on regulatory compliance, client support, and team leadership. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on product development, regulatory strategy, and compliance documentation, while also helping expand and manage the MRS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct label reviews, claims substantiation, formulation reviews, and compliance investigations.
  • Review marketing copy, websites, and social media for regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare regulatory documentation, reports, and submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records, billing logs, and project documentation.
  • Provide guidance on FDA, FTC, USDA, and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with executive management to build and lead departmental teams.
  • Travel occasionally to client sites, conferences, or tradeshows.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in regulatory affairs within food, supplements, cosmetics, or OTC products.
  • Experience with cGMP, FSMA, HACCP/HARPC, and related compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and lead team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, regulatory, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
