They help hospitality employers such as hotels, arenas, universities, hospitals and other F & B companies solve their staffing challenges by providing on-demand talent while delivering exceptional service and support. Their mission is to simplify workforce management and help businesses scale with confidence.
Our client is seeking an experience National Sales Representative to drive new business growth across the United States. This is a fully remote position for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience within Hospitality Staffing success selling into food service companies such as Aramark, Sodexho and Compass; arenas, stadiums, convention centers, hospitals, hotels, etc. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building relationships with key decision-makers. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and helping organizations solve their workforce and staffing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals targeting food service companies, hotels, etc.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, including executives, FOH & BOH F&B hiring managers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workforce needs and recommend customized staffing solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, workforce solutions, or on demand staffing software.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and generating new business.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and business leaders.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
