As part of our innovative Community Health Clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a remote setting, which fosters flexibility while focusing on high-quality mental health care delivery. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate clinical diagnoses that serve as the foundation for personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methods, adapting techniques to meet the distinct needs and goals of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing techniques such as de-escalation and crisis management strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and secure records of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to offer a well-rounded approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, while advocating for clients' rights when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and networking opportunities to uphold best practices within the field of mental health.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting a varied client base that reflects the rich diversity of the Houston community. You will work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the form of LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your effectiveness in delivering therapeutic outcomes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
