• Deliver a range of counseling services, including individual, family, and group sessions, aimed at addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that foster recovery and enhance coping strategies.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to track progress, adapt treatment strategies, and maintain a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards by maintaining accurate and timely client records within our cloud-based EHR.
• Participate in telehealth sessions using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse array of clients who seek assistance for various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals experiencing difficulties related to mental health disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Illinois is necessary.
• Minimum of three years of experience working in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• You must possess a reliable laptop or desktop, consistent internet connection, and a functional web camera.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Experience in telehealth services is highly desirable, as this role will primarily involve virtual interactions with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for efficient practice management.
