In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to provide critical mental health services to individuals across the United States through our innovative online platform. Your expertise will help support clients in achieving their mental wellness goals while enjoying a flexible work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

About the Organization

Restore Wellness Medical Group is a community-focused health clinic committed to improving mental health outcomes through accessible care. Our mission is to connect counselors with clients who need support in a personalized and compassionate manner. By leveraging technology in mental health services, we ensure that clients have access to pre-screened, stable, and low-acuity individuals, allowing our counselors to concentrate fully on providing exceptional therapeutic services.

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to create a dedicated workspace that suits your lifestyle. As a member of our virtual team, you will engage with colleagues and clients through secure teletherapy sessions. Our technological platform is designed for ease of use, ensuring you can focus on what truly matters: delivering effective mental health care. Our supportive work culture encourages ongoing professional development and collaboration among team members, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing established tools and methodologies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique situations, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.
  • Facilitate ongoing individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, adjusting techniques as necessary to optimize client engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate proactively with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, and provide regular updates and feedback on progress through structured check-ins.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within our secure electronic health record system to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring thorough case management.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and within low-acuity levels. This client base allows you to deliver the highest quality care without the complications that often accompany high-acuity cases. You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, further enriching your practice and allowing for greater impact on community mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license as LMFT, LPC, or LICSW is mandatory. Please note that we cannot accept candidates who are interns or hold limited permits requiring supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and independence in managing client appointments, case management, and documentation are essential.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are critical for effective client interactions and documentation.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience providing remote therapy or teletherapy is advantageous and will enhance your ability to connect effectively with clients in a virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of, and experience implementing, various evidence-based treatment modalities is preferred.
  • Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is a significant asset.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this attractive salary, our counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Flexibility is a cornerstone of our work culture; you will enjoy the ability to tailor your schedule to suit your personal life and professional commitments.

  • Full-time counselors have free access to our platform's services as clients, facilitating a deeper understanding of the client's perspective.
