This setting caters to a wide variety of clients, enabling our counselors to utilize advanced telehealth practices effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual platforms to evaluate client needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, outlining appropriate therapeutic strategies and goals.
• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions including individual, family, and group therapy that leverage evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Engage in regular case conferencing and interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.
• Document client interactions and treatment approaches meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health by participating in continuing education workshops and professional development opportunities.

The clients we serve represent a rich tapestry of backgrounds, including diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups. As a counselor, you will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will include adapting therapeutic methods to the unique experiences of each client, creating an understanding environment where they can express themselves freely.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling with a focus on diverse populations.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances.
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.

• Experience working within a community health setting or providing telehealth services.
• Familiarity with evidenced-based treatment methodologies and the latest developments in mental health counseling.
• Prior experience in documentation within electronic health records (EHRs) and treatment planning.
• Specific training in family systems therapy or trauma-informed care could enhance service delivery.
