• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.
• Conduct detailed assessments to gauge clients' relational dynamics and mental health requirements, formulating personalized treatment plans that set tangible goals for progress.
• Implement family systems theory and employ systemic interventions to address complex relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and alleviate family stressors.
• Be prepared to provide immediate crisis intervention support as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of both clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards surrounding client confidentiality.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients, enlightening them on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms tailored to their personal experiences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to offer comprehensive and well-rounded client care.
• Stay abreast of current research developments and best practices in marriage and family therapy through continued professional development and training sessions.

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents navigating various mental health challenges, from relationship conflicts and family dynamics to individual psychological distress. The role emphasizes a holistic approach to therapy that respects the unique backgrounds and needs of each family and individual, fostering a welcoming environment for open dialogue.

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, equipping you with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field of marriage and family therapy, showcasing a solid foundation of knowledge and practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Willingness to adapt scheduling to achieve maximum availability for client sessions.

• Previous background in providing outpatient therapy services, particularly in telehealth settings, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
