In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to create high-quality software solutions that support our business and customers while helping shape development best practices and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Deploy software enhancements and new functionality following established development and release processes.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues while supporting production systems and customer needs.
  • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including design documentation and knowledge resources.
  • Take ownership of assigned features and modules from concept through implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide support for business-critical processes, including resolution of issues related to scheduled and nightly system operations.

  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Estimate development efforts and provide realistic timelines for deliverables.
