Job description

Operations Integration Coordinator

AnchorPoint Foundations | Remote | Occasional Travel Required

About AnchorPoint Foundations

AnchorPoint Foundations is a growing foundation repair and waterproofing platform building scalable infrastructure across multiple operating companies. As we grow, we're investing in the people, systems, technology, and processes that will help us build a strong foundation for the future.

We're looking for an Operations Integration Coordinator to join us at an exciting stage of that growth. This person will have the opportunity to help shape how we operate, implement new systems, improve processes, and build consistency across our five operating brands.

Why This Position Matters

This role sits at the intersection of people, processes, technology, and operations. You'll help make sure new systems don't just get purchased—they actually get implemented, understood, and used by the teams who rely on them.

Because we're a new and growing company, you'll have a real opportunity to help build the infrastructure and processes that will support our future growth. This isn't a role where everything is already figured out. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, identifies what needs to be done, and helps turn ideas into action.

The Role

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative position for someone who is naturally organized, curious, and comfortable figuring things out. You don't need to be a technology expert or accountant, but you do need to be comfortable learning new systems, working with different teams, and taking ownership of getting things across the finish line.

No two days will look exactly the same. One day you may be helping roll out a new phone system, the next you could be updating an SOP, working through an accounting reconciliation, or coordinating training for a branch.

What You'll Do

  • Support the implementation of new programs, systems, and processes across all five operating brands
  • Coordinate with branch teams to support adoption, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with technology integration projects including phone systems, CRM, RMM, Microsoft 365, and field service platforms
  • Serve as a bridge between leadership, technology partners, and branch employees
  • Provide hands-on support for finance and accounting initiatives, including reconciliations, reporting, and documentation
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and internal communications
  • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables to keep multiple initiatives moving forward
  • Follow up with team members and stakeholders to make sure commitments and deadlines are met
  • Help identify process gaps and opportunities to improve consistency across brands
  • Travel occasionally to branch locations to assist with system launches, training, and implementation support

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is comfortable being the person who figures it out, follows up, and gets it done.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • A college degree preferred
  • Experience supporting technology implementations, system rollouts, process improvements, or similar projects
  • Comfort learning new software and helping others learn it
  • A basic understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong follow-through—you don't let things fall through the cracks
  • A self-starter mentality and the ability to work effectively without close supervision
  • Comfort working remotely and communicating with teams across multiple locations
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally

What This Role Is Not

You don't need to be a software engineer, IT specialist, or CPA.

We're looking for someone who can learn the systems, understand the business need, communicate with the people using them, and make sure the work gets done.

If you're the person who naturally creates the spreadsheet, figures out who needs to be involved, follows up when something is overdue, and keeps everyone moving toward the finish line—you'll probably do well here.

Benefits & Time Off

  • 11 paid holidays each year
  • 2 weeks of PTO after one year of employment
  • 401(k) plan in development as we continue to expand our employee benefits package
  • Remote work environment
  • Opportunity for occasional travel and hands-on involvement across multiple operating companies

Position Details

Location: Remote / Home-Based
Travel: Occasional travel to branch locations
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience
Education: College degree preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Build Something With Us

AnchorPoint Foundations is still building—and that's part of what makes this opportunity exciting.

You'll have the chance to work directly across the organization, contribute ideas, improve how we operate, and help build systems and processes that will scale with the company. If you're an organized, resourceful problem-solver who enjoys variety and wants to have a meaningful role in building a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us build the foundation for what's next.
