1. 3+ years of Provisioning/Deprovisioning user access

2. Creation & Modification of application accounts for user request

3. Modification of application accounts as required within designated SLA's

4. Ideally, ServiceNow experience since that is what the client utilizes

Description

Responsibilities:

The Information Security Analyst will support the Information Security Identity and Access Management Operations department in executing the provisioning and de-provisioning of user access to company applications and platforms. Daily responsibilities to include but not limited to:

โ€ข Provide daily metrics of IAM Operations ServiceNow ticket queue (Pending, Closed, In progress, Missed SLA, Team staffing)

โ€ข Monitor, review, assign, and complete task assignments using ServiceNow platform.

โ€ข Complete resolution of service catalog requests, including identification of the source of the request and the level of support required to complete request.

โ€ข If required, take manual approval from the respective approvers at the client to complete the service request.

โ€ข Mailbox management: Handling multiple Mailbox for Technology Access management

โ€ข Ensure compliance with all technical procedures, user guides and run books to run operations

โ€ข Troubleshooting of issues/incidents related to any access provisioning remotely and provide root cause analysis

Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree or a minimum of 3 years Information Security experience (Work Experience substituted for degree as applicable)

โ€ข Experience with Identity Access Management Life cycle โ€“ Access (Governance, provisioning/De-provisioning, Role Based Access Controls

โ€ข Understanding of IAM framework and technologies to ensure โ€œRight People Have the Right Accessโ€

โ€ข Understand the importance of facilitating Identity and Access Management (Requests processing/review/access authorization)

โ€ข Task execution utilizing Ticket request management with ServiceNow or equivalent Ticket management system (Remedy. Etc.)

โ€ข Understanding or knowledge of โ€œLeast Privilegedโ€ access management methodology in line with Segregation of Duties /SOX guidelines

โ€ข Ability to lead and ensure proper communication, quick resolution and crisis management.

โ€ข Ensure adherence to policies and standards are executed at all levels.

โ€ข Ability to perform trend analysis and identify and resolve incidents and access related issues quickly, as well as having the ability to troubleshoot/escalate access failures, identify root cause and fix issues.

โ€ข Fundamental understanding of risk management
