• Conducting online therapy sessions, utilizing secure platforms that ensure client privacy and data protection.
• Creating individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, facilitating effective communication and engagement.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that outline clear goals and methodologies for client success, adjusting them collaboratively based on ongoing assessments.
• Providing clients with practical tools and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and coping mechanisms to empower them in overcoming personal challenges.
• Regularly tracking and evaluating client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and feedback.

You will work closely with a diverse client population that includes individuals dealing with emotional stressors such as anxiety disorders, depression, grief after loss, and adjustments to life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure in Arizona (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide independent counseling services.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology, including video conferencing and electronic health records systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply modern therapeutic methods and frameworks in practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of effective client outcomes.
• Experience working in a remote setting, demonstrating skills in managing client relationships through virtual means.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
