Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients in a virtual setting. Our telehealth services ensure that you have the necessary technology and resources at your disposal to facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions. Operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, this role offers a structured schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secure, online therapy sessions utilizing platforms designed for confidentiality and ease of use.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.
• Implement therapeutic strategies that empower clients to effectively manage anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at Reflection Therapy, Ltd., you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid Arizona licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required for independent practice.
• Proficiency in virtual therapy methods and technologies, ensuring effective communication and engagement with clients.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and derive appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or youth mental health will be especially valued. Experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Reflection Therapy, Ltd. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
