Build what matters as RevStar's Technical Recruiter. As our Technical Recruiter, you will be the talent engine behind an AI-first, full-service innovation shop and AWS Advanced Tier Partner, helping us deliver end-to-end cloud-native, data, and AI solutions that create real business impact. You'll partner closely with the Director of HR and leadership team to scale our headcount, refine our sourcing motion, and strengthen our culture as we grow.
As RevStar's Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all practices, ensuring that talent acquisition, technical bar-setting, and culture are tightly aligned. You will translate well-defined hiring needs into scalable pipelines, lead full-cycle recruitment across our strategic hubs in Florida, Texas, and Arizona, and maintain the operational discipline needed to support our rapid growth. This role is ideal for a high-output builder who thrives in a focused, fast-paced environment and is energized by scaling teams and delivering measurable impact.
