What You Will Be Doing:

Building and Optimizing Data Solutions

What You Need:

  • Strong experience with Python, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.

  • Experience designing and maintaining data integration, transformation, and data warehousing solutions.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and finished products.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and security best practices.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

It's a Plus If You Have:

  • Experience working with healthcare data - specifically claims -- and healthcare technology environments.

  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy and security regulations.

  • Experience mentoring junior developers or engineers.

  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
