Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties as a Licensed Professional Counselor will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing individualized therapy strategies by assessing clientsโ€™ needs through comprehensive evaluations and interviews.
  • Delivering evidence-supported therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to diverse groups, families, and individuals.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop holistic care plans and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Participating in regular workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health and counseling practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
