Who We Are

PEAKE is a technology integrator focused on bridging the gap between people, technology, and operations.

For nearly 20 years, our team of experts in mobile infrastructure, communication systems, and enterprise operations has guided customers through complex technology challenges. We design and integrate advanced, end-to-end solutions to meet the operational needs of public safety, defense, and mission-critical organizations.

What We Do

PEAKE delivers mission-critical communications and technology solutions for Public Safety, Emergency Management, Federal, and DoD customers. We specialize in designing, integrating, and managing secure networks, enterprise operations, and technology systems that ensure reliability in the most demanding environments. With a focus on innovation, integrity, and customer success, PEAKE helps organizations stay connected, compliant, and mission-ready.

What We're Looking For

As we continue to scale our presence across public safety, defense, and enterprise markets, we are seeking a Chief Technology Advisorto define and lead the next phase of PEAKE's technology evolution.

This is a strategic consultant-based role responsible for shaping how PEAKE brings connectivity solutions to market - turning complex technologies into repeatable, scalable, revenue-generating offerings. You will partner directly with the President and executive team to align technology, operations, and growth strategy, while staying hands-on and tactical across every facet of the business.

What You'll Do

Product Testing & Validation

  • Design and execute COTS hardware testing methodology across PEAKE's connectivity product portfolio
  • Develop standardized test plans, pass/fail criteria, and interoperability matrices for multi-WAN and bonded connectivity configurations
  • Document test results in repeatable, auditable formats suitable for government sales support

Kit Integration

  • Define and build kit Bill of Materials (BOMs) for deployable connectivity solutions across public safety use cases (in-vehicle, portable, fixed-site, command)
  • Develop assembly and staging SOPs that can be executed by PEAKE field technicians without engineering oversight
  • Establish quality control checkpoints and acceptance criteria for kit production

First Article Development

  • Lead first article build process for each new kit configuration - from component selection through documented gold-standard reference unit
  • Coordinate with PEAKE engineering and operations teams to ensure first article packages are production-ready and transferable

GTM Documentation

  • Produce or direct creation of solution data sheets, deployment guides, and proposal-ready technical content for each product line and kit
  • Translate technical configurations into customer-facing language appropriate for SLED and public safety audiences
  • Build and maintain a product documentation library that supports BD, sales, and proposal teams

Training

  • Develop internal technical training for PEAKE field and NOC teams on validated product configurations
  • Create customer-facing deployment and operations guides for agency end users
  • Establish a training cadence that keeps pace with new product additions and configuration updates

Technical Strategy & Roadmap

  • Assess PEAKE's current and pipeline product portfolio and recommend prioritization for testing, kit development, and documentation based on revenue potential and customer demand
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for fit within PEAKE's managed services model
  • Serve as technical advisor to the President and leadership team on product positioning, vendor relationships, and capability gaps

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with BD/Sales to ensure technical documentation supports active proposals and RFP responses
  • Interface with Director of Operations to integrate product development workflows into PEAKE's operational systems (Monday.com, ProSupport NOC)
  • Provide technical input on CaaS/EaaS financial modeling and service packaging

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, or connectivity solutions, with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience defining and executing technology strategy in a services or integration environment
  • Deep expertise in multi-WAN, bonded connectivity, and network infrastructure solutions
  • Experience supporting public sector, SLED, or DoD customers strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into scalable products and revenue-generating solutions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance required

Engagement Details

  • Part-time/consultant role with flexible hours (24 hours a week with 8 - 16hrs onsite)
  • Remote with occasional onsite meetings as needed.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience and scope of engagement.
