Inner Fire Wellness Center is actively seeking a passionate and licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver exceptional therapeutic support to our clients. As a Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a vital role in promoting mental wellness and will be integral to the success of our diverse clientele in a remote outpatient setting.

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while being a part of a dynamic outpatient office that operates Monday through Saturday. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet varied client needs.
• Facilitate initial client evaluations that assess mental health concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Document assessment outcomes and engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and treatment progress.
• Provide case management and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure clients receive holistic care, including referrals to community resources as necessary.
• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards in documentation and practice, completing all required records accurately and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and engage in regular supervision sessions to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

The clientele at Inner Fire Wellness Center includes a diverse array of individuals, ranging from adolescents to adults, each experiencing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and more. • A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and treatment planning, along with the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs.

• Experience in the outpatient mental health setting and familiarity with providing CBT interventions is highly preferred.
• Experience in case management, including knowledge of community resources and referral processes.
• Willingness to work between 10 and 40 hours per week, based on client availability and scheduling preferences.
