• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments of clients seeking support, focusing on their mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique situations of clients undergoing detoxification.
• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, ensuring each client receives personalized attention.
• Collaboratively develop and execute individualized treatment plans that are client-centered, incorporating measurable goals and targeted interventions.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless coordination of care and holistic support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients in potentially volatile situations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower clients to share experiences and foster community engagement.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, promoting accountability and continuity of care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals undergoing detoxification from substances. Many clients may be navigating complexities related to co-occurring mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing their unique challenges and facilitating their path to recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally with populations facing substance use and mental health challenges.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt interventions to meet client needs effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability for assessment and client engagement.
