Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other clinical modalities to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clear communication regarding patient assessments, treatment interventions, and care plans through routine meetings and documentation.
• Manage case loads effectively, providing ongoing support and coordination with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, adhering to departmental standards and ethical requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure high standards of clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Your work will involve building strong therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and personal growth. You will have the chance to implement individualized service plans while assessing client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey, holding credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LSW.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, ethical mental health care.
• Availability to conduct between 10 to 40 therapy sessions each week, based on personal capacity and client needs.
• A Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and best practices for providing virtual care.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits
