• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, analyzing their unique needs to provide tailored interventions.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with department protocols and ethics standards.
• Facilitate open communication among multidisciplinary staff by participating in regular team meetings and patient rounds to contribute to integrated care planning.
• Offer case management support, collaborating with community resources, hospitals, and various professionals to ensure the most effective care continuum for patients.
• Stay informed on current best practices and developments in the field to continually enhance your clinical skills.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and credentials.
