This role offers a flexible work arrangement where clinicians can operate from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our facilities are open Monday through Saturday, allowing you to create and manage a schedule that fits both your professional obligations and personal life. We also provide in-house credentialing, ensuring a streamlined process for your insurance participation and client scheduling.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families to identify their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each client.
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, ensuring open communication with clients and adapting interventions based on their progress and challenges.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document all clinical interactions and interventions accurately and ethically, adhering to department guidelines for confidentiality and patient care.
• Manage case responsibilities for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and external providers to optimize care outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring all patients feel safe and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Our diverse clientele encompasses individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a mental health counselor at Inner Fire Wellness Center, you will address a wide range of psychosocial concerns and employ tailored therapeutic approaches to support each patient's unique journey toward healing.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client and personal needs.

While not required, experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy or other evidence-based treatment modalities will be beneficial. Familiarity with digital documentation systems and telehealth practice is advantageous, as we leverage technology to enhance our service delivery.
