Experienced client relationship professional responsible for managing employer accounts, delivering strategic guidance, and driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction within the employee benefits and Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) space. Partners with employer contacts, conduct strategy sessions, provide product training, identify client needs, and ensure effective utilization of benefit solutions. Proactively and reactively manages client relationships by addressing service concerns, resolving escalations, mitigating retention risks, and strengthening client loyalty. Collaborates across teams to improve processes, enhance the client experience, identify cross-sell opportunities, and support revenue growth. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy discussions with employer clients

  • Deliver product training and adoption support

  • Identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

  • Gather client feedback and resolve service issues

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information

  • Drive process improvements and escalate issues when needed

  • Track client engagement activities and measure outcomes

  • Proactively and reactively manage client retention by addressing client concerns, resolving service issues, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions

  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative virtual environment with mandatory camera participation for meetings, presentations, and client engagements.

  • Mandatory travel required based on business needs

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000USD to $65,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
