Job Summary:
The Stop Loss Underwriter is responsible for evaluating, pricing, and managing risk for employer-sponsored self-funded health plans. This role includes underwriting both new business and renewals, assessing specific and aggregate exposure, and ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the marketplace.
The Stop Loss Underwriter collaborates with sales, clinical, policy, and claims teams to deliver sound underwriting decisions aligned with company guidelines and financial objectives.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
