ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you set the strategic direction for our enterprise cloud ecosystem. You define cloud standards, shape the multiyear technology roadmap, and guide the evolution of our cloud platforms. You drive enterprisewide cloud outcomes-ensuring our solutions align with business strategy, financial goals, and risk posture across regions and portfolios. You lead crossportfolio architectural governance, hold global delivery teams accountable for highquality execution, and elevate our architecture community by coaching and developing junior architects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and define the enterprise cloud strategy, standards, and governance framework across all business units and regions.

  • Establish enterprise-wide architectural guardrails, approved patterns, and cloud platform investment priorities.

  • Chair or lead enterprise cloud architecture governance forums with decision authority over design approvals and exceptions.

  • Drive cloud platform selection, enterprise contracts, and strategic vendor direction in partnership with Technology leadership and Procurement.

  • Translate business and product requirements into cloud-native solutions that support global consumer products capabilities.

  • Coach and mentor architects across technology practice.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • 7+ years of experience in solution, platform, or cloud architecture within large, complex enterprises, with ownership of cloud outcomes across global teams-covering reliability, scalability, cost optimization, and risk management.

  • 7+ years driving alignment and adoption of cloud standards and reference architectures across portfolios and regions.

  • 5+ years resolving escalations and crossportfolio architectural conflicts with final decision authority.

  • 5+ years serving as the enterprise cloud authority, advising senior leadership on technology direction and risk implications.

  • 5+ years mentoring senior architects and shaping architectural capability across a global organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience operating at enterprise architecture or senior manager scope within a global organization.

  • Experience managing or influencing architecture teams across multiple regions.

  • Experience participating in annual technology investment planning and strategic roadmap development.

  • Experience working in a global consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or manufacturing enterprise environment.

  • Technical team leadership and stakeholder management.

  • Familiarity with large-scale data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML solutions in the cloud.

  • Experience leading or contributing to cloud migration and modernization programs.

  • Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks, reference models, or domain-driven design practices.

  • Experience partnering with system integrators, managed service providers, and strategic cloud vendors.
