THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Salesforce Service Delivery Developer

Location: USA (remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce developer to join our Salesforce platform support Operations (Service Delivery) team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the core platform operations that keep our business moving seamlessly. You will have the opportunity to solve critical production challenges, collaborate across Scrum teams, and deliver robust solutions using Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud modules.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Resolve Production Incidents: Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability.

  • Drive System Improvements: Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements.

  • Deliver Quality Code: Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while adhering to design patterns, exception handling, and governor limits.

  • Coordinate Releases & Operations: Align with centralized release management teams to ensure safe deployments and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with business stakeholders and partners across enterprise Salesforce user groups, communicating effectively with all management levels during issues or escalations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, web service APIs, and performance optimization within governor limits.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong background in production support and business operation recovery.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all management levels.

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience.

  • US Citizenship and residency in the US mainland (visa sponsorship is not available).
