• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the mental health needs of clients in detox.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering strictly to departmental policies and regulatory standards.
• Actively collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to share insights about patient progress, identify any concerns, and develop integrated treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, assessing immediate risk factors and developing action plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Assist clients in discharge planning by coordinating care with family members and external healthcare providers, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support systems post-detox.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are experiencing significant mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders. Many of our clients may face co-occurring psychological issues, requiring a sensitive, trauma-informed approach. Your expertise will support them in navigating complex emotional landscapes as they pursue recovery and stability.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credentials is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of full-time experience providing mental health services, particularly in addiction treatment, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, demonstrating a high degree of self-direction and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience in residential or outpatient detox services is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with community resources related to substance use and mental health services.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
