• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to establish mental health status and treatment goals.

The clients you will work with at Twin Cities Behavioral Health Center represent a diverse demographic, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic methods.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation and communication within the clinic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to maintain ethical standards, professional boundaries, and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Experience in delivering crisis intervention and stabilization, particularly in virtual settings.
• Familiarity with culturally responsive treatment methods and community resource networking.
• Proven track record of collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams, enhancing patient care.
