Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and fostering positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges as indicated in their treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.
  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client using our electronic health record system.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine the appropriate treatment modalities and strategies for each new client.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions focusing on various therapeutic techniques suited to each client's needs.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision sessions aimed at professional development and enhancing clinical skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity in treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCPC at First Health Care LLC, you will primarily provide outpatient services to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
