• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, ensure stability, and plan for discharge as appropriate, emphasizing personalized care and support.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adapting strategies as necessary to meet each client's unique needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing our electronic health record systems for efficient management.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate treatment approaches, laying the groundwork for effective intervention.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to foster client growth.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse outpatient population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our clientele spans various age groups and cultural backgrounds, providing you with the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of community members through your specialized therapeutic interventions.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to ensure efficient record-keeping and client management.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Competence in executing intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, providing you with financial stability as payments are processed ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
