The Consumer Marketing Analytics team provides powerful consulting along with key reporting and insightful analyses to the Hallmark Brand business. We focus on using data to understand our consumers, leveraging a vast number of sources to our advantage. We focus on complete storytelling to form an understanding of what has happened and use trends and analysis to drive future decisions. We are looking for motivated individuals who love exploring data to uncover hidden trends and developing new experiments to help meet our consumers where they are, with the right message, at the right time, and ultimately drive the business forward.
WHAT YOU'LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS
As the Sr Analyst- Marketing Analytics, you'll turn marketing and promotional data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across Hallmark Media and Hallmark Product & Retail. You'll lead analytics efforts related to marketing performance, promotions, media measurement, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), helping ensure investments are optimized for impact, efficiency, and ROI.
This role combines strategic influence with hands-on analysis. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Insights & Analytics teams, and external vendors to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead marketing measurement initiatives across media, promotions, and customer engagement channels
  • Evaluate marketing performance using MMM, experimentation, campaign analytics, and incrementality analysis
  • Design and analyze tests to measure the true business impact of marketing investments
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on promotional strategy, budget allocation, and channel optimization
  • Develop executive-ready insights and dashboards that connect marketing performance to business outcomes
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data quality, measurement rigor, and actionable results
  • Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing and Finance leaders by translating complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following are required to be considered for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or related roles
  • Experience leading analytics initiatives while remaining hands-on
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or seasonal businesses
  • Experience working with MMM and other advanced marketing measurement approaches
