• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing, facilitating a safe environment for open dialogue to promote mental well-being.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions, personal challenges, and relationships, guiding them towards self-discovery and insight.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for clients, helping them define and achieve their personal mental health goals.
• Assess clients' psychological well-being and collaborate to craft effective, solution-focused treatment plans tailored to their needs and your therapeutic modalities.

At Calm Serene Health Care Inc., you will work primarily with stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health needs, ensuring a manageable and conducive caseload. All clients are pre-screened, aligning their needs with your areas of expertise. This thoughtful matching process allows counselors to leverage their skills effectively while contributing positively to the clients’ journeys towards improved mental health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Current, unrestricted, and valid state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required. Provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions will not be considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a natural inclination towards empathy are essential for a successful counseling practice.
• Proficiency in computer literacy to navigate therapy platforms and maintain secure communications is necessary.

We appreciate candidates with diverse counseling backgrounds, especially those who have worked in outpatient settings or have a specific focus in therapeutic modalities that resonate with our client population. Experience in teletherapy is favorable but not mandatory as we provide the necessary training for integration into our systems.

• An annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, adjusted based on your working hours and caseload.
